Refunds for prop firm challenge passes are subject to the terms of our "Pass or Money Back" guarantee. If BeatBen Capital fails to pass the challenge under agreed conditions, a full refund will be issued. No refund is given once a challenge has been passed and funded.
Signal subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact support within 48 hours of purchase.
Mentorship and educational programme fees are non-refundable once sessions have commenced.
To request a refund where eligible, email support@beatbencapital.com with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
